  1. Are we able to switch out menu items or order items that aren't on the menu?
    • Yes, you are able to either swap out certain menu items or request items that are not on the menu.

  2. How many days prior to the event can we make changes/adjustments/payments?
    • All adjustments, payments and finalizations MUST be made 72 hours prior to your event date.

  3. How do I access CaterTrax?
  4. Does the catering team provide tables & chairs?
    • We do not provide tables and chairs. Please contact Sharnia Herbin at 919-530-7893 or sharnia.herbin@nccu.edu to coordinate. 

  5. Who do I make the check payable to?
    • Checks can be made payable to NCCU Aramark.

  6. When should I submit requisition form to Foundation?
    • The Tuesday a week before the event.
