- Are we able to switch out menu items or order items that aren't on the menu?
- Yes, you are able to either swap out certain menu items or request items that are not on the menu.
- How many days prior to the event can we make changes/adjustments/payments?
- All adjustments, payments and finalizations MUST be made 72 hours prior to your event date.
- How do I access CaterTrax?
- Does the catering team provide tables & chairs?
- We do not provide tables and chairs. Please contact Sharnia Herbin at 919-530-7893 or sharnia.herbin@nccu.edu to coordinate.
- Who do I make the check payable to?
- Checks can be made payable to NCCU Aramark.
- When should I submit requisition form to Foundation?
- The Tuesday a week before the event.
